The hotel offers wheelchair-friendly rooms that are spacious and comfortable, allocated to different guests. The service is provided by funny and friendly staff, although there were interruptions during meals. The location is impressive, overlooking the Union Building and Mandela statue, with occasional connection and maintenance issues. Dining is hit or miss with limited options. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel has spacious and excellent rooms, but unfortunately, they are quite old and dusty. The service here is top-notch, with professional and friendly staff taking every precaution for safety. The location may be a bit shabby and run down, but there were some pleasant surprises. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with room for improvement. Overall, the facilities provided were satisfactory.
The hotel offers amazing views of the Union Buildings from the spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, but cleanliness was a letdown when we returned later in the day. Despite the awesome view, the basics were not up to standard.
The hotel is big and special, very clean facilities and amazing with awesome views. However, it was very noisy, and room service got my orders incorrect on two occasions. We were also disturbed by loud noises from the shower and people talking in the corridors despite the claim of soundproof rooms on the website.
